When do call, make sure your calm and very nice (probably already realized that, but I need to get my post count up). Goes along way to them wanting to make you happy. Now when they offer you a new Tundra, remember you will owe us all a ride to and from work.

They should never have charged you $20 for picking it up at the other dealer. Common practice would be for them to buy it at the other dealer and sell it to you at the price they quoted to you, even if it costs them a little money to do it. They have parts drivers going all over every day so it is no big deal to pick up a part across town.

x 2 on getting your money back. Even I am not charged for parts when the dealer has to order them; I've just got to wait a week.

I'm breakin' in a new parts guy, but the gal who is the new service manager just sux. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

I used to be a master avionics tech, so I know how you feel about inepitude. Be cool...
