my 95 T100 (4cyl 5sp) has 238k miles on it and I can't kill it smile all I do is change the oil every other month.

I bought it used at 209k miles, but I can't tell that the owner did anything other then replaced the accessory belts with Gates belts (high quality).

Since i've owned it I've done a few things (all by myself). replaced clutch, leaking low pressure a/c valve tap (and dryer and then vacuumed system and put in new r134a), oil seal on transmission tailshaft, radiator (original one cracked on the plastic top part), flushed the fluids.

i think thats really good, I just bought it right before those things needed to be replaced, but no big deal. I'd love to see a ford/chevy/dodge 1/2 ton make it to 238k miles, it just doesn't happen that often, but it happens with 99% of toyotas.
