Here's a PIC of how mine worked out...

I decided to graft both the lid and screen portion of the filler-neck from the OEM washer-bottle to the coolant-bottle. My mechanic used the OEM bracket for the coolant-bottle and used bolts + bushings to serve as vibration absorbing, stand-offs fitting two factory holes on that side of the engine bay. He also plumbed the fluid pickup into the bottom of the bottle from underneath. He said it looked to offer the best flow.
