Sure do, every time. Alot of that trash isn't from people down there, it's floated in during the floods (that's flood plain there).
And yes to trail cleanups also, but that's on private land, since all the other land I wheel on around here is DNR land and they don't want us down there.
I have a story about that and I'll post it later and include more info about where that spot is at in Des Moines.
I have to run right now.

When y'all go out enviro-wheelin', do you take a garbage bag or two to help cut down on litter? Participate in trail cleanups? Just curious. Do they have such things?

I always keep a fresh one on my tacklebox, and do so when I fish- not to bad most places, but when I go home to the banks of the mighty Ohio River, it's easy to fill a bag up quickly. Also, have participated in river sweeps for as long as I can remember.

And yes, as mentioned above, it's a Zeppelin tune, Bron-Yr-Ar. I'm amazed that guy above recognized it. Really amazing, I didn't think that anyone had even heard that tune, much less recognize it 25 years later.

I used to have every album on vinyl. Lost them in a flood Its off of Physical Grafitti ,side three I think. My brother got married to that tune as well. Very beutiful song. Nice peacefull wheelin! My wife and I bust out the James Taylor cd a lot on our outings.

Yeah theres some old timers on this board that would recognize it. I guess that makes me old at 43! The song also appears in the Zeppelin concert film "The Song Remains The Same" as the bands driving to Madison Square Garden.
