I read that it will destroy the synchros. I dont know. I want to know for sure because my Montero, sometimes when I start it, the front wheel lights are blinking. Like I accidentally bumped the t- shifter. I dont want to accidentally bump it while the hubs are unlocked if it will kill the t-case. I do want to install manuals because I think it will be better on gas driving around town and on the highway.
