I haven't been around much my new job is taking all my time. But i was driving in town a few weeks ago and got pulled over for my bumper being too high, So what i tried to find out was what decides what a Bumper is nothing is really written so how can i get a ticket. Does anyone know what a bumper in in the Florida law??????
