Getting the Wheeling Fever

I just purchased a speedo/tach instrument panel to replace the standard speedo only dash in my '88 pickup. I know I need to replace the oil pressure sender. I would like to roll back the miles about 30K to match the speedo I'm replacing. Is this hard to do? Anyone that can tell me how to do it please. TIA, Roy.
