I had a similar problem with a 1995 Kia. It turned out to be the gas tank all rusted out and the rust got past the filter and into the injectors. Check the inlet tube that connects to the injector and see if there is any rust in the tube.

Nope no rust in there.. I'm thinking that it might have been mostly the IAC module.
