Getting the Wheeling Fever

Hello everyone here at the board my name is Damon. I have always wanted a Trooper deisel. Ask my wife everytime I see an early model i look for the deisel badges. But lets get to the point at hand. I have read on here of the isuzu deisel swap for the later model isuzu deisel engine but what I was wondering was is it possible to put a GM 6.2 or 6.5 deisel into a trooper?
