The autolight that I bought was re-manufactured. The acid bath they used to clean it ate the threads. I had to but a put on it

I bought a OEM from the dealer for around $200 but they gave me the wrong part. I returned it and I couldn't wait weeks for another. The autolight works great for the last two years. The lifetype warrenty does not apply if it's got oil on it

valve cover gasket is around $15 for Felpro and a tube of high temp RTV. It took me 1.5 hours to replace on the the 2.6. It's a fairly easy job, the hardest part is in the back over the camshaft hump. Clean it good and get a nice coat of RTV. Let it sit for a few hours and you should be good to go.
