Whoa... You're going about this the wrong way, I think.

1 - buy an Energy suspension body mount kit.
2 - buy appropriate bolts for mounting body to frame (3" shorter than you have now, or check w/ toyota for the exact bolt spects)
3 - remove blocks and bushings
4 - install energy suspension components
5 - move radiator
6 - fix steering column
7 - check odds and ends
8 - enjoy.

Shouldn't cost more than $100 for teh bushings and bolts.
