You left out the word "carburetor" before "2.6"...

Your choices are as stated above IF the carb secondary is opening, and it probably is or you wouldn't get 30 on the uphills, PLUS the following choices (a non all inclusive list):

1. Jato bottles on the back of the truck
2. a VERY large mass at the top of the hill so you can get a gravity boost
3. a "Tornado" turbulence thingy
4. NOx bottle

I'd go turbo...
