I clicked on Isuzu Talk... but apparently I got redirected to the pissing match forum. Both sides have presented their perception of the situation at this point; lets just leave it at that and get back to helping this guy upgrade his 'Zu

lol well what is it you want to do?
lift your trooper?
put some new rims and tires? or just tires?
get some more performance?
just look around on indy4x and get some ideas of stuff you might like to do to yours. i look around there often. there seems to be a lot more stuff for the older ones like yours on there than for the newer ones. id say get some manual hubs and new slightly larger tires but it all depends on what your gona do. Lifting is nice but i almost wish i hadnt lifted mine due to the cv's axles increased chance of breaking (STUPID IFS ) but mine are holding up ok

shop around b4 you buy though

I was thinking of some nerf bars a roof mounted light bar and a brush guard for my 1989 Trooper. I already got a brush guard for the 86.

For Nerfs you can get a set off Ebay for cheap.I got a set of black ones(they also have chrome) and it was like 110 for the black and 119 for the chrome. These are for 88-91 troopers , and bolt on.If you go to my project , there should be a couple pics of them on there.Just keep in mind I have a 3" body lift on there , thats why they don't sit too close to the body.
