31x10.50x15 is the equivilant of a 265-75-16.

Not to be picky, but a 265/75 is usually considered to be a 32 inch tire.

Strictly speaking, 265/75-16 = 31.6 x 10.43 x 16 (which is pretty-much what my Goodyear MT/Rs measure)

But it really depends on the manufacturer...
My old LT265/75-R16 Cooper Discoverer STTs measured almost exactly 32 x 10.5
