Yeah....I've come across about all the same stuff. The spec is different in two places and that the higher (217) torque spec is the correct one.....Seems kind of odd for Toyota....they're usually on the ball with that stuff.

I'm definitely gonna use some lok-tite on that bolt.....If I could figure out a way to weld the thing on, I'd actually consider it.

This has been an altogether stupid and annoying problem.
