Man, I keep bees; would pass on that one myself.

Would be kind of handy to toss in some tools to work on the truck instead of back and forth to a caddy/bench for them, esp if hot outside.

Popular with roofers I hear---don't look up!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Question: If you're wearing a kilt in the woods, what's to prevent skeeter bites on your junk?

Sleeping outdoors in a kilt....I'd suddenly care less about snakes in my TENT.

I guess it would shave a good second of 'pull down time' for those emergncy potty runs/ morning after a Budweiser drunk type moments.

I am back to say that I would burn them twice. I dont really see an advantage of a kilt over cargos or something. Plus it just reminds me of really strange people here at RIT (the ones that wear gas masks walking around and also wear robin hood hats).

Its one of those things where you either look real cool wearing it, or real fruity. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

This ain't right:

Scottish soldiers forced to share kilts
The British army's decision to end its 150-year
relationship with a kilt maker has left Scottish regiments
with a shortage of dress kilt uniforms. The 5,000 soldiers
in the Royal Regiment of Scotland only have enough kilts
for one out of every 15 men, The Daily Record of Glasgow
reports. Jeff Duncan, campaign manager for Reinstate Our
Army Regiments, blamed Prime Minister Tony Blair. "Mr.
Blair promised they would get whatever was needed -- what
they need is a change of government," he said. Robert
Noble, a manufacturer in the Borders area of southern
Scotland, did all the army kilt making for more than a
century. But the Ministry of Defense recently decided to
put the contract up for bid in hopes of saving money.
As a result, there are now 320 "trial kilts" made by
Argyll Bagpipes and Kilts. The fate of the one-million
pound (almost $2 million) contract is still unknown.
