Sounds most likely like a broken wire or bad connection at a plug in connector on your cam sensor wiring harness. Trace the wires from the cam sensor back to the ecm if you can. I would get out the wiring diagram, find the terminal at the ecm connector that the cam sensor signal comes in at, then check for continuity between that terminal & the cam sensor plug. If you have continuity, then you either have another bad cam sensor (not likely, but an outside possibility) or the ecm has a problem.
