Now that you mention it, my 86 CJ's 258 had no gasket. If the manifold has a flare cast as part of it, it probably doesn't use a gasket. A manifold that uses a "doughnut" seal will have a lip that the seal fits around. If you find you need one, a muffler shop is a possible source. I suggest a non franchised one for friendly results. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
