Nope. The only way to regear the second gen d44 is to have a special sleeve machined to fit on the pinion shaft. I think only 1 or 2 people have actually done this, good luck getting a shop to try it. Furthermore, your only choice is 4.77s, which is a good match for 32s, but is extremely rare to find for the d44.

If you have an open differential, the lockright can be made to fit, you will just need to get shims machined for it. Pm Bansil, he can tell you more.
