Need a Spot

I have a 1988 2 door Montero they have 15 inch tires and are brand new,I am getting ready to buy a 1990 Montero 4 door the tire numbers are the same except on the 88 montero there are the numbers 225 and on the 1990 they are 235 question is will the tires of my 1988 Montero work on the 1990 Montero I am going to buy.
