I have a '58 cj5 with lousy 9" brakes. Last year I had to replace a front brake cylinder. I pulled it apart and it was a 3/4" one. Ordered same and went my way. Last wek the other front one went and I ordered from 4wd.com. They sent a 1" cylinder. I questioned them and they replied that my '58 should have 1" cylinders in front and 3/4" cylinders in the back. First I've heard of this. I go to get back on the road, should I order a 3/4 from somewhere else or replace both fronts with the 1"??
