Mine is an 02 with 4.0 and 5 speed. Look on the drivers door for the sticker that says what came in it from the factory. There is a code for it.. put the code in here and I will tell you what came from the factory..
If it is a USED vehicle you must jack it up and turn the wheel and watch the driveshaft to ascertain zackly what the gears presently installed are. Guessing just does not cut it.
