Getting the Wheeling Fever
It's butt ugly. I totally have a bone to pick about their pricing. I just spent 27k on a new Rav4. That's outrageous.

Why I paid 27? It's for the wife. 'Nuff said?

YUP, wifey drives a $39,900 van, dad drives his $700 4runner.... they get the same mileage, but the taxes and monthly payments are much lower on the 4runner for some reason.

Wondered when they'd build this. They'll probably sell a whole bunch of them. If money was no object, I'd be quite interested in it.

Toyota said they had some quality issues, so they will not be hitting the streets until sometime in February.

Probably be $50,000, just a guess

frankly, I'm not all that impressed with the new Toyotas. I think their quality has slipped recently. I'm assuming that's a conscious decision on their part. Mainly, to maximize profit. While the toyotas I have had thus far have been good to me, I'll jump ship the minute another car company makes a quality product, at a respectable price, with a decent design, and a nice blend of fuel economy and power. I'd go so far as to say, I'd pay a little more if I could get all the aformentioned from a domestic car company.

Sorry to rant.

Yeah, I got the same story today.
I'm real happy with my '02, but I want to take a new one on an extended test drive asap.

BTW, they are going to offer a short bed regular cab.
