Finally got an answer from Mitsu on your crank bolt

Please accept my apologies for the incorrect information supplied in my
previous correspondence.

I have checked with our Technical department who have advised me that
the Crankshaft Pulley Bolt service campaign was completed in Japan in
September 2000 and therefore does not require service campaign to be
carried out.

I trust this is of assistance.
