Need a Spot

Hey!

after solving a major problem, I stil have one.
From time to time(random), the coolant temp light come on for a couple of seconds than off...
The water is not boiling, the expansion tang is on level..so..have I worry about, or can be just an electrical problem. Can be not enough coolant in radiator?
