Sorry not to respond earlier but was obsessed with a fix and bound and determined. Found my fix, better vice grips. Achieving appropriate torque values is wonderful but if you've ever tried to remove a 10 or later yr. old torx bolt you'd wish for a better design. Many cars were produced long term, restoration and repair depends on the competence of original design. Jeep folds on design. Love the car, but there are faults.

I just fix it, the kid drives.
