AFM = Air Flow Meter


Side note, I have a somewhat related cold start issue. My truck starts up right away however it does not idle "up" like it should when cold, that is it starts and wants to idle at 750 instead of higher. I haven't done a fuel filter and that is my first guess as maintenance has been neglected by the PO who lived in the boonies and probably used bad gas often possibly creating a clogged fuel filter.

Any other ideas.
