Alright! I did my first drive. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> It went pretty well. Ther is a fair bit of sound comming from the head. not sure if its anything.

I still need to readjust the distributor position. ItÆs turned all the way to the right and its sitting at 14 BTDC. And itÆs supposed to be at 12 BTDC, I think. But my first run went well with it at 14.

My electric fan is still vibrating when it first kickes on, so it must be the bearings in the fan. So IÆm going to have to pull the thing apart. But it will me a lot easer now that I can just pull 4 bolts out instead of having to cut those little plastic things that used to run through the radiator.

The oil pressure gauge works well. At idle when I just pulled back into the driveway, it was sitting at 30 psi. When youÆre driving it, it goes up to 50 or 55 psi. IÆm guessing that good???
