Well most of the sound I was hearing was the improper valve lash. I just took it for a drive and itÆs allot quieter now that I adjusted it. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />


On another subject; I took the "old" block down to the machine shop. They pulled it apart and said there was nothing at all wrong with it. So the sound I had been hearing must have been something other than the bearings in the block...

Anyway IÆm at a loss. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I guess we will see if this one makes any sounds, and go from there. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
