I have def. been holding my tongue and making sure I'm calm before I call, every time. I have a short fuse sometimes too and I realize it. I also know that it helps absolutely nothing to be angry at them. In the same respect: if my customers come to me b*tchin and carrying on then I don't want to help them either. ;o]

I totally had faith in their work, and I've seen the stuff they've produced before. I'm not judging them really on this one mistake but I just want them to (like you said) admit the mistake and take responsibility for it.

I can't guarantee that I'd go back there for more work again but I wouldn't say that they produce shotty parts just because what's happened. "They're only human.. people make mistakes, etc" smile
