If you have an AMC 20 rear you definitely need a gasket. It's optional on Dana 30's, IÆve done several Dana 30s, 35s and my 44 with just RTV silicone with no leaks, no problems, just try to keep it out of the diff! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
