Hey Coach, I had the same exact problem and took it to three different mechanics. None were able to fix the problem. Evertime I would come to a stop, the engine would die. Of course it would start right back up and run great until I stopped again.

I had enough and replaced the brand new rebuilt carb with the Howell TBI fuel injection system. I have not had a problem since.
