Howdy coach I don't know about that yelling deal...it seems sily to me! I guess a bunch of pansys thought that up! As long as you print in almost english I can read it.
Tell me more about that piston! Did you pull the valves on that cylinder and look closely at them? A bad idle can be caused by a small intake valve leak.. which in turn does not matter to increased speed...they will run good at speed till the valve leak gets larger.
