uuuuh... did you twist that one off? If so you will want a left-handed drillbit.. Then an easyout. I have always wondered why they put pipe threads on brass fittings on engines. Your average dude is want to put 80lb torque on them.
I could go out to the shop and research for that info if you don't find it on GOOGLE.
