Cut the wires before the connector and add in 6-12 inches of wire.

Napa. $15 circle mirrors with little brackets.

Troy pulls a pin...he drilled out the hinges to 3/8". I believe he runs a long bolt through the hinge side. Then he bolts the 'L' bracket on top of it...with the mirror on the other end of the 'L' bracket

Ya, just bolt it though the door pin hole.
