Caster can be adjusted... It's a @##$# though.. It's called cut and rotate your axles. Sometimes necessarity to cure death wobble and/or get your pinion angle right. What's it set at currently?

There are various garage means to adjusting toe.. most of the ones I've seen involve long straight pieces of metal secured to the wheel/hub and then doing some measuring.
