Too much caster is probably fine (a few degrees) - it'll tend to stabilize your rig.

If you use shims as 4crawler suggested, they certainly work, but you're impacting the pinion angle at your 3rd. If you've got a stock transfer case and more than about 3-4" of lift, you'll get a vibration there beyond 20-25mph in 4wd. Whatever you do, make sure it doesn't bind at full droop.
