I don't think its as bad as you make it out to be. Theres a handful of people on this board running 35s on ifs without breaking stuff on every trail. You witnessed me break a d44 shaft but my cv's survived. Yeah I broke a tie rod too, but thats what the tie rod shields are for. They just didn't do me much good sitting in my toolbox. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

Now I really wouldn't want to go any bigger, but I think 37s are possible for street/snow/maybe mud. Its gonna wear out every suspension part faster though.
