Sometimes when im driving my emergency brake light comes on does anyone know what I can do to stop it?

Check the switch on the e-brake handle, maybe it is sticking closed or loose. Otherwise, if it and the charge light comes on as well, may be alternator brushes:

next time it happens push on/wiggle your ebrake handle. If the light goes out you know the switch is sticky.

another possiblity is maybe its worn out from use. i have found quite a few high milage toyotas (pickups, 4runners, corollas, camrys) that the brake light stays on, but is slightly dimmer than if the E-brake is applied. im not sure if its sticky or if the circuit shorts slightly, but i know that my truck has the same problem. i have noticed that when i apply the brake, the light gets brighter, so im pretty sure mine is just from over use.
