I have about three of those gears Doug, just let me know if you need it. It's yours. They are just paperweights in my garage.

I've got one too, if you want one from the Northwest. (Purported to be a much better gear than the mid-west).
Don't forget to match to the proper year/case style. I think, in general, the fixed yoke cases have a different number of dog teeth for the synchro.

I think, in general, the fixed yoke cases have a different number of dog teeth for the synchro. I already told him to throw the brass rings and the dog teeth away. I know I don't need to shift from 4 high to 4 low while moving or vice versa. It makes the install much easier IMHO. Alot of cases cmae from the factory that way, no synchros at all. The 94 Rodeo case that's in my truck now has no synchros at all. It shifts just as good or better than the one I had in my 88 Trooper that had synchros. Joe

Thanks guys Don't forget to match to the proper year/case style. I think, in general, the fixed yoke cases have a different number of dog teeth for the synchro. I will check on my slipyoke case and count the teeth etc. and post for future tech. Syncro teeth count should be the same since each tooth matches with one on the gear right? And since terralows are terra lows, except for the shift rails right? SO all gear driven cases should have the same lo gear right? I saw you called Joe,left phone at garage and battery was dead last night. Two that Joe has are auto cases w/fixed yoke right?and one was a 5spd (marks) did it have a slip yoke? Bansil
