I already told him to throw the brass rings and the dog teeth away. I know I don't need to shift from 4 high to 4 low while moving or vice versa. It makes the install much easier IMHO. Alot of cases cmae from the factory that way, no synchros at all. The 94 Rodeo case that's in my truck now has no synchros at all. It shifts just as good or better than the one I had in my 88 Trooper that had synchros.
