(I have since done a mild lift.) You probably also have the coveted rear electric diff locker. Should be a button on your dash RR Diff Lock. Your truck has a 4-speed auto. ECT Power Mode simply holds gears longer, allowing your truck to rev up beyond the normal shift points.
