Need a Spot

hi i have a 97 jeep wrangler 2.5 l 4 cylinder, the problem is i run the car for bout 3 miles and it doesnt run right it starts sputttering to the point where its misfiring and wont drive-its not the sparkplugs, the throttle position sensor, or plug wires cuz they r all new idk wut else to fix ive run out of ideas does anyone have any info on how to fix this?
