What's better? There are two choices as I see them with my budget: Calmini or Independent4x. The Calmini kit comes with two leaves to add to the spring pack, whereas the Independent4x kit only has one. I imagine that the single spring leaf on the Indy4x kit is stiffer than the double leaves for the Calmini kit...
