IMO, don't bother. you don't want to deal with a quadratec axle if you don't have to. I don't see you running the offset diff in your Isuzu as is, especially if you plan on keeping highway driving. its significantly offset, without a tcase swap/relocation, this will cause driveline geometry issues big time. yes, you can retube them to center the diff, but again, a lot more work than you want when rear axle choices are so plentiful.

and btw, some J20's come with D60 FF (not SF) too. Though, I've heard this is a light duty version and the tube thickness isn't what you'd find compared to the same axle out of a big van/truck.
