Hello Robb and welcome to the 'Wire. You should be able to fit a 32x11.50 tire on factory 15x7's without modification. I know many of the folks with mid-90's SR's have run 33x12.50's on a stock (or only slightly cranked) rig. I cranked the torsion bars only an inch or so and I run 33x12.50's. I'm not sure about the rim width or offset on a base 1992, so if they're only 6" wide you may want to consider a tire narrower than 11.50. There are a variety of opinions on the best tire width vs. rim width combination. Personally, I think a 15x7 and 32x11.50 would be fine. My 33's are on 15x8's. I'm sure others will post and give you their opinion.
