Coach the 125 is Ok the rest are not. Did you take all the plugs out and hold the carb wide open to test?
If the cyl walls are washed in fuel you might have to squirt a teaspoonfull of oil into each cyl for the rings to get compression. If they are truly that worn that would splain no idle but seemly good running.
I'd guess you'd have an enormous amount of blowby if the rings are that bad.
