hmmmm Where did you get the lifters? Is there ANY chance that they are pumping up and holding the valves partly open? Did you get them from MOPAR? Damn! I wish I had my hands on that engine. I LOVE a challange. Alls I can think fo is the valves are partly open or perhaps you have already burnt 5 of them! I cannot think of a situation where what you have there is mechanically normal. Pushrods too long will hold them open all the time. The wrong rockers will do the same. Is there any possibility you have BENT 5 or more of your valves? MAKE sure you know what you are doing when you do a compression check. If you are correct as of this reading you must have a problem unknown to me.
