i noticed today while my buddy was driving my truck and i was in the passenger seat that i have a water leak right above the passenger sunvisor. if i stick my hand up there between the roof and the headliner its wet. my first guess is that the sun roof is leaking. have any of you had expierence with this. BTW its a 96 4runner limited.

Have you inspected the sunroof area yet?

i have but i see no such gasket on the body itself it seems to be attached to the sunroof, if that even is the gasket i guess my best bet is to pull the head liner down and poor some water up there

well the drains look good. i poored some water down there and it did drain out, somewhere but i need to wipe off everything under the headliner first. i really dont feel like pulling it down just yet

I have had two that leak in hard rain because the drains cant keep up with the water because they are plugged . There is four, one on each corner .Gently blow them with a blow gun .The back ones are hard to see. good luck
