Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! That's it there is a notch in the hole of the fender that the tower sticks through to hold it in place. Try a pair of vice grips or pliers, cover the teeth with something so you don't gouge the plastic nut, ask me how I know <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />
